Jose (I think he was the owner ) and technician Chris were absolutely amazing. We were on a huge road trip and the Jersey turnpike got us so hard it literally bent one of our wheels so bad it lost air and went flat. They diagnosed the problem and did the repair promptly getting us back on the road. Highly recomend

After breaking down on the highway and being towed to Elsy without having an appointment... and being from out of town Jose took us right away fixed the problem and was super Reasonable. Jose also noticed my 2 year old daughter has Down syndrome and he was super nice and accommodating when it came to keeping my baby girl happy. I would totally recommend them to everyone! I truly can not thank them enough for helping us out of this super huge jam today. Elsy Discount Tire Jose and your team ROCK Thank you.
